Washing process had been a big burden on the field technicians and a factor impeding quality. So, we introduced an automatic parts cleaning machine.
Although we have increased production capability for larger product and shifted to high-mix low-volume production, we will continue to aggressively develop to further improvement for quality and productivity, and to make a workplace friendly to workers.
At the time of the relocation to the new factory, we installed additional six forging machines.

Those equip state-of-the-art sensors to avoid defects can be operated 24 hours a day by automatic fulling.

THI-8R had been out of sale, but the speed matches with our production needs. So that, we overhauled it to make it like a brand-new.
