We have introduced a rebuilt 2-die-3-blow headers made by Nakashimada Engineering Works, Ltd. This machine was made in 1984. It has been 33 years since its manufacture. NP40 machines are mainly used in our factory, but we carried out a full overhaul since it has its own unique goodness. We hope that it will continue to play an active part in the next 30 years.

Washing process had been a big burden on the field technicians and a factor impeding quality. So, we introduced an automatic parts cleaning machine.
Although we have increased production capability for larger product and shifted to high-mix low-volume production, we will continue to aggressively develop to further improvement for quality and productivity, and to make a workplace friendly to workers.

At the time of the relocation to the new factory, we installed additional six forging machines in order to strengthen our ability to respond to more than φ5 products and longer products (L: 100 millimeters or more), which the demands are increasing.

We installed additional five rolling machines (rebuilt) for precision screws to correspond to our customers’ order increases and high-mix low-volume productions.
Those equip state-of-the-art sensors to avoid defects can be operated 24 hours a day by automatic fulling.

We overhauled a rolling machine, THI-8R.
THI-8R had been out of sale, but the speed matches with our production needs. So that, we overhauled it to make it like a brand-new.
